Do you do the design, or do I need a designer?

Either. We do full design and build, and we also work from designs you already have. A lot of our clients come to us with assets and no one to execute them.
Can you write product descriptions for my whole catalog?

Yes. Bulk catalog work is one of our specialties — we've done it at the scale of thousands of products a year.
We draft them in your voice and to platform standards. We're not attorneys, so we always build in a legal review step — your counsel should sign off before publishing.
